Writing helps me organize my thoughts and metabolize life. It continues to be an integral part of my mindfulness practice. For 365 days from 2024-2025 I documented my mindfulness journey on Facebook (yes, I’m old). It was a way for me to truly commitment to living a mindful life.
This blog is the evolution of my social media experiment. Here I will continue writing as part of my practice, with no agenda except to notice what is arising and to witness it with compassion, gratitude, patience, acceptance, trust, and curiosity. This is a place for me to inquire, to contemplate, and to listen. Topics will vary widely, and post frequency will be irregular. Writing will be authentic, which means I will likely not adhere to standard writing and grammatical rules.
