    Workshops can be stand-alone events, a complement to an established wellness program, and a component of your leadership strategy. Content can be modified to meet the needs of any person or audience.

    Current workshop topics offered are mindfulness, meditation, healing movement, and nutrition.

Private classes available - perfect for events (showers, pre-wedding, birthdays, conferences, wellness event)

$50 to $100 PER hour

$50/hour for 1 person. $100 /hour 2-9 students. $190/hour for 10-19 students. $250/hour for 20+ students.

FAQs

Do you accommodate different diet strategies?

Yes, but I will not offer or endorse any particular diet approach (keto, paleo, etc). My goal is to support you in figuring out how to feed yourself. I do not provide guidance on intolerances, allergies, or digestion-related conditions (Chrohn’s, IBS, etc.)

Where do you teach private yoga classes?

Private classes are taught at your venue or home.

Do you have yoga props (mats, blocks, etc.)

Yes - depending on the size of your group I have mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and sandbags.

 Do you treat anxiety or depression?

No. I am not a licensed psychotherapist. I cannot diagnose or treat any mental health conditions. Mindfulness based practices have been shown to offer relief from anxiety and depression, so can be a complement to a medically supervised treatment approach.

Where did you learn to teach mindfulness?

I am certified by the Mindfulness and Health Institute to teach a course titled Introducing Mindfulness.
