CLASSES

Studio Classes : Yin, restorative, and mindful vinyasa at Mighty Yoga and the Ithaca YMCA. Membership required.

Private Classes - perfect for events (showers, weddings, birthdays, conferences, wellness events)

$60/hour for 1 person. $100 /hour 2-9 students. $190/hour for 10-19 students. $250/hour for 20+ students.

COACHING

Sessions offered virtually or in-person

  • Coaching sessions range from 30-60 minutes

  • Multi Session Discount

1:1 coaching in mindfulness & meditation : develop a practice that will support you in finding balance in life, improving relationships, or achieving a goal or personal vision. $75 per hour

FAQs

Where do you teach private yoga classes?

Private classes are taught at your venue or home.

Do you have yoga props (mats, blocks, etc.)

Yes - depending on the size of your group I have mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and sandbags.

What if I can’t meditate?

Meditation is not one thing and you do not have to sit in silence for hours - or at all. Together we will explore a variety of mindfulness-based practices so that you an find the one(s) that work for you. Some practices can be done in as little as 1 minute any place, any time.

 Do you treat anxiety or depression?

No. I am not a licensed psychotherapist. I cannot diagnose or treat any mental health conditions. Mindfulness based practices have been shown to offer relief from anxiety and depression, so can be a complement to a medically supervised treatment approach.

Where did you learn to teach mindfulness?

I am certified to teach Introducing Mindfulness by the Mindfulness and Health Institute and am a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator through Mindful Leader.
